Horror Stories in the Cave at Cliff Cave County Park. Enjoy an evening of "horror" stories presented by Historically Speaking INSIDE the dark Cliff Cave. Bring your own flashlight and camp chair. Two time slots available on Friday, October 17th: 7pm-8pm & 8:30pm-9:30pm. Must be 13 years or older to attend. Cliff Cave Park is part of the St. Louis County Parks system. It has 526 acres of park land, picnic sites, fishing in the Mississippi River, a mountain bike trail, Equestrian trail, and a 3.5 mile hiking trail. Cliff Cave exploration is by permit only to qualified explorers. It was gated to protect the endangered population of Indiana Bats that live in the cave. Call the St. Louis County Parks Department for more information.
Directions: From Interstate 255, take Exit #2 and go south on Telegraph Road. Make a left on Cliff Cave Road and proceed to the entrance of the park.
