Hit the Bricks Guided Tours in Historic Saint Charles. These guided walking tours will take the visitor along Main Street to discover the rich history of this riverfront town that began in 1769 and has continued through westward exploration and expansion into the Louisiana Territory, the part it played in the industrial revolution, its contribution to the World War II war effort and Missouri political history, and even into the 21st century. Three Tour Options:

-The Key to The West: Pioneers, Explorers, & Traders... Oh My! (400-900 S Blocks of Main Street)
Beginning at the Tourism Center (230 S Main Street), this one hour tour will feature how Saint Charles was important as the starting point of explorers and adventurers!
Tour times:
Fridays & Saturdays | 10:30am-11:30am
Sundays | 12:30pm-1:30pm

-MO Than Meets the Eye: Surprises of the First State Capital (300 S - 300 N blocks of Main Street)
Beginning at the Tourism Center ( 230 S Main Street), this one hour tour will explore the important role Saint Charles had as the first state capital of Missouri.
Tour times:
Fridays & Saturdays | 12:30pm-1:30pm
Sundays | 2:30pm-3:30pm

Dates for these two tours: Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday, April 4th - September 28th. No tours on: April 20th (Easter); July 4th (Riverfest); August 15th-17th (Festival of the Little Hills).

-Macabre Main Street
Beginning at the Tourism Center ( 230 S Main Street), this tour will explore Main Street in the dark with stories not found in the history books! Tales of treason, villainy, and the paranormal. Plus a surprising connection to Edgar Allan Poe.
Tour Times:
Fridays | 8:30pm-10pm

Dates for these tours: Every Friday, May 23rd - October 24th. No tours on July 4th (Riverfest) & August 15th (Festival of the Little Hills).
