Historic Shaw Art Fair in the Shaw Neighborhood

The Historic Shaw Art Fair is held along Flora Place, just east of the Missouri Botanical Garden, in the Shaw Neighborhood. Dates: Saturday & Sunday, October 5th & 6th. The Art Fair will feature the work of artists from around the country. Artwork will include: Ceramics, Sculpture, Glass, Digital Art, Woodworking, Drawing and Pastels, Metalwork, Painting, Photography, Jewelry, Printmaking and more! The festival will also feature food vendors, live music and art activities. Tickets valid for both days can be purchased in advance or at the gate. See website for more information.

The Historic Shaw Art Fair is held on Flora Place in the Shaw Neighborhood. It had its beginnings in 1993 and has been an annual event ever since. The Art Fair brings together over 100 selected top artists and craftspeople from around the country to participate in this professionally juried art fair. A variety of art mediums are represented, including photography, sculpture, glass, drawing, woodwork, jewelry, painting, mixed media, fiber art, digital and clay.
Directions: From Interstate 44, take the Vandeventer exit #287 and go south. Turn left (east) onto Shaw Blvd. Enter the Fair from Tower Grove Avenue, Klemm Street or Thurman Avenue.
