30 Trails-30 Minutes Hikes Program at Fort Belle Fontaine Park. The St. Louis County Parks Department offers the year-round 30/30 Hikes Program - 30 trails that take approximately 30 minutes to hike - located at many parks around the county. If you walk all 30 trails, you will have walked for 15 hours! See website for more information, list of all participating parks, maps of the trails, and to print off the punch card to keep track of the parks you visit. Trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Fort Belle Fontaine Park is a St. Louis County Park and is located in North St. Louis County. It is a historic park in that is was the location of the first US Military post, Fort Belle Fontaine, that was established west of the Mississippi River after the Louisiana Purchase, and was built in 1805. The park is also the location of events throughout the year, such as family hayrides and ghost stories in the fall.
Directions: Located off of Bellefontaine Road in Spanish Lake, Missouri. Take 367/Lewis and Clark Blvd north of Interstate 270 to right onto Parker Road. From Parker, turn left onto Bellefontaine Road and continue to entrance of park then on to parking lot at the Mississippi River.
