Freedom Celebration Juneteenth at the Southwestern Illinois Justice and Workforce Center (the old Lindenwood University campus in Belleville Illinois). This is a community focused event put on by the Belleville-O'Fallon Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
