Annual Veterans Day Parade at the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum

The Annual Veterans Day Parade at the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum. The parade is part of the St. Louis Veterans Day Observance ceremony at Soldiers Memorial Military Museum in Downtown. The mission of the Observance is to bring together and honor all US military veterans throughout the St. Louis area. The parade will begin at 10:30am, at 18th and Olive streets and proceeds to the Museum. The Ceremony and Celebration will be held at 11:30am at the Museum immediately following the parade.

The 41st Annual Veterans Day Observance will be held on Monday, November 11th, 10:50am, at the Memorial. "Veterans Day solemnly marks the end of the Great War on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. The French Society of St. Louis will conduct the annual wreath-laying at Soldiers Memorial Museum to remember and honor the more than 1,072 St. Louisans who made the ultimate sacrifice in the war." Soldiers Memorial Military Museum and Plaza is the location of many events throughout the year. The Missouri History Museum took over the maintaining of the Soldiers Memorial and after an extensive renovation of the Museum and Plaza, the Memorial reopened in November 2018.
Directions: Located in Downtown St. Louis, bordered by Market Street to the south, Chestnut to the north, Tucker to the east and 14th to the west. Across Market Street from the St. Louis City Hall.
