Fiber Arts Festival at The Historic Daniel Boone Home and Village. Learn how the Boones had to be self reliant by creating handmade items for everyday life at this interactive festival. The Historic Daniel Boone Home is a four-story stone structure built between 1804 and 1810 in the Femme Osage Valley of St. Charles County. The adjoining Boonesfield Village is a gathered collection of historic Missouri buildings representing the early 19th century that have been reconstructed to form a living-history village. The home and village can be toured year-round and special events are held there through-out the year.
Directions: Take Highway 94, west of Interstate 64, to Highway F. Located off of Highway F in Defiance, Missouri.
