Play Day in the Park in Forest Park at the Visitors Center Parking Lot. Join in the fun as The Magic House, Forest Park Forever, Spire, St. Louis Public Library and St. Louis County Library kick off the summer with a family-focused community event featuring fun activities such as outdoor art, parachute games, sports, bubble play, STEM Lab exploration and more! Pack a lunch or purchase lunch from a food truck. Rain or Shine. See website for more info. This event is FREE!
The Dennis and Judith Jones Forest Park Visitor and Education Center is staffed with trained volunteers that are able to give information about Forest Park and the St. Louis area. Many tours of Forest Park begin at the Visitors Center. In addition, the center also includes a cafe, a locker and shower room, classrooms and meeting rooms, a banquet facility, and special exhibits.
Directions: The Forest Park Visitors Center is located on Grand Drive, near the Missouri History Museum. Closest access to Grand Drive is from Lindell Blvd at DeBaliviere Avenue and turn left onto Grand after passing the Missouri History Museum.
