Late Night Fishing at Simpson Park. The parks are open until 11pm on very second Saturday of the month, April-October. St. Louis County Parks include: Creve Coeur, Simpson, Suson & Spanish Lark Parks. Bring your poles, bait and light source and enjoy a night of fishing from the bank of these lakes. Simpson Park is a 198 acre St. Louis County park located in Valley Park Missouri. Amenities include fishing in the 72-acre lake, boating in the lake and Meramec River, trails, picnic sites, playground, athletic fields and more. The St. Louis County Parks and Rec Department holds boating, biking and other events at the park throughout the year.
