The annual Japanese Festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden is held over the Labor Day weekend, Saturday through Monday, August 31st - September 2nd. The festival celebrates the history, culture and people of Japan with demonstrations of authentic Japanese music, art, dance, food, entertainment and more. The Missouri Botanical Garden is located in the Shaw Neighborhood of St. Louis Missouri, and adjacent to Tower Grove Park. The Garden hosts many special events throughout the year, such as the Japanese Festival, the holiday Garden Glow, the Whitaker Music Festival, and many plant shows and art exhibits. St. Louis City/County residents enjoy FREE admission Wednesdays and Saturdays, 7am-noon.
