Legends & Lanterns, a "Spirited" Journey Through Halloween History, on Main Street in Historic St. Charles. Dates: Saturdays & Sundays, October 12th-27th, plus Friday October 25th. The festival will feature ghost stories at the First Missouri State Capitol, hayrides through history, live music, ghostly guests along Main Street, the Pumpkin Glow (Friday & Saturday, October 25th & 26th, 5pm-8pm), and MORE!
