Valley of Shamrocks St. Patrick's Day 5K Run, Parade & Festival in Florissant Missouri. Enjoy a day celebrating all things Irish during the 4th annual Valley of Shamrocks in Florissant. The 5K run and the festival are at Duchesne Home Association Grounds. The parade starts from the Duchesne Elementary School (across from Bangert Park) at 12pm.
