This 3 day event is a FREE family-friendly Arts Festival with artwork from 100 juried artists in varied art mediums, live entertainment, a Children's Village with hands-on art experiences and MORE! Historic St. Charles is located along the Missouri River and centers around restored Historic Main Street. Many annual festivals are held on Main Street, as well as in Frontier Park, found just one block away.
