Thursday Night Blues Jam at the National Blues Museum. These events happen every Thursday night "where performers and non-performers alike are welcome to join in our celebration of the improvisatory art of blues music." These jam sessions are FREE for performer and Museum members, and $5 for non-members. See website for more information and to purchase tickets.
The National Blues Museum opened its doors to the public on April 1, 2016. The museum celebrates and explores "the blues" musical genre as the foundation of all modern music with artifact exhibits, a state-of-the-art theater, and high impact technology. An admission fee for the museum is charged. Special events are also held throughout the year.
Please check the website listed on each event to get the most up-to-date information.
