Folklife Festival at the Historic Thornhill in Faust Park. Festival dates: Saturday & Sunday, September 23rd & 24th, 10am-4pm each day. Visit Faust Historic Village to learn about life in the late 1800s. See crafts, traditional pottery firing, corn husks doll making, rope making, candles dipping, cooking demonstrations and more. Admission is $5 per person. Faust Park features the Missouri Botanical Garden's Butterfly House, Faust Historical Village, the Thornhill Mansion and the 1920 St. Louis Carousel. It is located in West St. Louis County in Chesterfield, Missouri and hosts a summer concert series, fall hayrides, holiday events and historical reenactment events in the Historical Village.
