Memorial Day Observance at the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum. Join in the process of the historic rededication of the Vietnam Memorial with the addition of the 254 new names of St. Louis heroes that have been identified. The Red and Black Brass Band will perform, tours of the Memorial will be available, and yellow carnations can be laid at the Memorial in honor of "Gold Star Families." See website for more info.

Soldiers Memorial Military Museum and Plaza is the location of many events throughout the year. The Missouri History Museum took over the maintaining of the Soldiers Memorial and after an extensive renovation of the Museum and Plaza, the Memorial reopened in November 2018.
Directions: Located in Downtown St. Louis, bordered by Market Street to the south, Chestnut to the north, Tucker to the east and 14th to the west. Across Market Street from the St. Louis City Hall.
