Late Night Fishing at Simpson Park. Events occur very second Saturday of the month, April-October, at several St. Louis County parks: Creve Coeur, Simpson, Suson & Spanish Lark Parks. Simpson Park is a 198 acre St. Louis County park located in Valley Park Missouri. Amenities include fishing in the 72-acre lake, boating in the lake and Meramec River, trails, picnic sites, playground, athletic fields and more. The St. Louis County Parks and Rec Department holds boating, biking and other events at the park throughout the year.
