OPENING DAY! Legends and Lanterns, a "Spirited" Journey Through Halloween History, on Main Street in Historic St. Charles. Dates: Saturdays & Sundays, October 9th-24th, plus Friday October 22nd. The festival will feature Ghost stories at the First Missouri State Capitol, hayrides through history, ghostly guests in Scarecrow Glen, scavenger hunt Pumpkin Glow on the 22nd & 23rd and MORE!
