Fete de Glace Festival, or Ice Carving Competition, is an annual event that takes place between the 100 & 200 blocks of North Main Street in Historic St. Charles. Using chainsaws, chisels, and knives, artists turn a single 260 lbs block of ice into amazing works of art. This family friendly event is FREE to attend! Historic St. Charles is located along the Missouri River and centers around restored Historic Main Street. Many annual festivals are held on Main Street, as well as in Frontier Park, found just one block away.
