The Jefferson Barracks Veterans Memorial Amphitheater is located in the historic section of the park. It includes a covered stage overlooking a grass seating area that will accommodate up to 5,000 people. Jefferson Barracks Park is an historic site that served as an U.S. Army post from 1826 to 1946. It is host to many St. Louis County Park events in its 426 acres of parkland. The park also features the Jefferson Barracks Museums, many recreational facilities, overnight camping areas and facilities, picnic sites and shelters, and has two wedding sites available
Directions: Located in Lemay, Missouri along the Mississippi River. Take Telegraph Road/Highway 231/Kingston Drive to the S. Broadway entrance to the park. Make a left on Gark Road. Follow Gark and bear right onto Bagby Road. The Amphitheater is on the left, just past the Old Ordnance Room Museum. Park in the Powder Magazine parking lot that is located just past the Amphitheater.
